7. be able to draft the test specification based on schematics diagram or product specification

8. Provide ISO documentation for maintenance, re-order, traceability

9. Store the system data for at least 5 years, CAD & CAM drawing, schematics, wiring diagram, BOM, software etc...

10. On site support as per customer request
