Nanjing FLT filter material research and development center is changed from Nanjing fiberglass research and design institute the seventh research division by reforming the old system and it is now a stock-share company.

Nanjing fiberglass research and design institute began to research and develop fiberglass materials since 1960.The Seventh Division is a institute which engages in research and development of fiberglass filter materials. There are 48 engineers who engage in new products and new technology and engineering of fiberglass, and it is strong in technical capability. The center has a good grasp of the development trends, directions, and applying fields of fiberglass and organic fiber. The center owns the development technology and testing means of fiberglass and it is equipped with a complete set of measuring and testing instrument for filter material.

In recent ten years, we have researched and developed fair fiberglass filter fabric, fiberglass textured fabric, fiberglass needle felt filter three kinds of fiberglass filters, and the center is the only company that owns three methods of fiberglass research and development technology. We have Finished five state or ministry projects, and the fiberglass needle felt research project won the second prize of the state technology progress; and the rest projects won the second or third prize of the ministry technology progress. Now we have formed the bass for new products of filter material's trial production and high technology products. The main production lines are the fiberglass needle felt filter material production line, the fiberglass textured filter fabric production line ,the fiberglass sewing yarn production line, filter bag production line, high temperature filter fabric production line. We can produce all kinds of fiberglass materials about 400 million square meters a year.

The market is our guidance, the new products' development is our dragon head. We produce series of high technology products and have formed a system which includes research and development, technology creativeness, trial-produce, selling service. Our products have been widely used in building material,steel, colored metallurgy, chemical industry, city building fields and so on.
