Dongguan Ltd is a medium-sized domestically funded company founded in Aug. 2000, with sub-branches of Shi Tong Da Hardware plant, Shi Tong Da Mold & Die Plant, Shi Tong Da Plastics Plant and Shi Tong Da Electro-Mechanical Science & Technology Co., Hong Kong Ltd. We"re equipped with strong engineering capability and advanced machining equipment combining processes of precision parts machining, hardware pressing and plastics injection molding as well as R & D, fabrication and sales of precision molds. 2. Pressing equipment: High speed punch press, oil hydraulic press, punch press, flattening machine, manual press etc, capable of making microcomputer mainframe cases, battery plates, radiator flaps, stretching hardware
3. Plastics equipment: Zhende (Li Jin) plastics injection machine, can make plastic parts with weight from10g to 1200g
4. Mold equipment: Milling machine, digital control milling machine (machining centre), grinding machine (~1000multiply700mm), slow moving wire cutting machine, wire cutting machine, EDM, lathe, drill press, aperture EDM, heat treatment stove etc. Capable of handling various kinds of hardware, plasctic parts, die casting parts, jigs and fixtures
